Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment once payment is confirmed. Handcrafted or larger items, such as sinks, may require additional preparation time; we will keep you updated by email.

Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Stone Index is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control.

Packaging and Damage in Transit

Natural stone products are carefully packed to protect them during shipping. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@stoneindexusa.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
